What We’re Looking For

• Revenue traction of at least 6 months + 3-5 years of forecasts
• Revenue of at least $250K
• Currently in Seed, Post Seed, or Series A stage with 50% of the round raised
• Seeking between $250K and $3M in funding
• Have a full-time founder
• Located in the DFW metroplex or Texas at large
• Lead investor is identified and has set terms and legal documents ready
